Cake Craft Royal Icing Mix 500g

Cake Craft Royal Icing Mix 500g is ideal for piping detail on all your cakes, cookies and cupcakes! Simply sift mix into a mixing bowl. Add 75ml water and beat until required consistency is achieved or mix on low speed in a mixer for 1 or 2 minutes (Do Not mix in a food processor) If mixture is too thick, add a small amount of water and mix again to required consistency.

It will set hard and will hold its shape which makes it ideal for creating intricate details on your cakes like lace work. You can also use Royal Icing to adhere sugar decorations to your cakes.
