All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and any other closures) and if an order is placed prior to 12pm, it will ship the same business day.

We use both Australia Post and Aramex (formerly known as FastWay) and shipping duration will be dependent on your location as we are based in NSW.

Yes. All Australian delivery orders will have a $12.99 standard delivery fee added at the checkout stage. This fee covers a 3kg cubic weight, so if large or bulk quantities of items have been ordered, additional fees may occur. We will contact you as soon as possible to advise if this will occur.

We can offer Express Post with Australia Post, but this will be an additional amount based on the size and weight of your order as well as the distance from our store in NSW to you. You can contact us directly to enquire or simply place a message in 'special instructions' area when viewing the CART PAGE.

Orders and Returns

If you have selected delivery, we will send you a shipping notification once it has been processed and packed. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays or any other closures) and if placed before 12pm, it will ship the same business day.

Your shipping and tracking code will be sent to the email you used to place your order, so please check your email including your junk or spam folder.

If you have not received an email or update, please contact us on (02) 4353 1888 or via email and we will happily provide you with an update on your order.
If you have viewed your tracking number and there have been no recent updates or if it says it has been delivered but you cannot locate your parcel, please respond to your order email. Alternatively, contact us via phone or email with your name and order number.
All returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We do whatever we can to make sure that all products are in good condition before we ship them out to you.

Please note that ANY food items (incl. cake mix, gels, sprinkles, edible decorations etc) cannot be returned or exchanged as we cannot guarantee the condition that they have been kept in once they have left the store and therefore, we would be unable to resell them.

We accept Mastercard and Visa payments, as well as those made through Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Gift vouchers purchased online can only be used on our online store and our in-store vouchers can only be used in-store due to being separate systems.
If your card is declined, please ensure you are entering the correct details as we have a secure payment gateway to prevent fraudulent transactions from occurring.

We also recommend you view your current balance to ensure there is sufficient funds in your bank account for your purchase.
