Shipping policy
We understand that quick delivery is of major importance; all orders are posted one business day (excl. public holidays and the Christmas/New Year period) after payment clears.
Sugar Time takes every precaution to package the items securely to reduce the risk of damage or breakage, but will not take responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit. Many items are fragile and postal insurance is recommended and available on request with Australia Post. If you require extra cover/insurance, please email us.
Shipping Rates & Charges
Our products are shipped via Australia Post. Postage costs will be charged at the published rates provided below on the credit card you provided when placing your order. By placing your order, you agree to pay the shipping costs. We make every effort to keep these costs to a minimum.
AUSTRALIA UNDER 2.5KG CUBIC WEIGHT
Flat rate of $12.99 for all states and territories when parcels are under 2.5kg cubic weight. Additional costs may incur for SA, WA, QLD, and NT due to Australia Post having additional fees. Please contact us if you would like further clarification or an estimate on your goods.
AUSTRALIA OVER 2.5KG CUBIC WEIGHT
Flat rate of $12.99 PLUS any additional charges. We aim to keep this at a minimum, however, we package goods correctly and securely so they will make it to you safely. BY PURCHASING FROM THIS WEBSITE YOU ARE ACCEPTING THAT ORDERS CALCULATED AT OVER 2.5kg CUBIC WEIGHT MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR FREIGHT AND YOU AGREE TO PAYING THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES IF APPLICABLE. We will contact you before sending, to inform you of the additional cost. Any additional cost will be calculated by obtaining a freight quote from Australia Post.
AUSTRALIA EXPRESS POSTAGE
Flat rate of $17.99 + any additional charges for express delivery. If you require express postage, please call, email, or place a note in the comments section of your order. We will look into which service will give you the quickest delivery and provide a quote upon contact.
If there are any issues with your order, such as out of stock items, over 3kg cubic weight etc, you will be contacted by phone or email on the first business day after placing your order to confirm further action.

PLEASE NOTE: All above delivery time frames are an estimate and they can become subject to delays by our warehouse, courier companies, and public holidays. All time frames are based on BUSINESS DAYS.
Pick Up In-Store
Customers are able to purchase our items online and select the PICK UP option from our store at Tuggerah.
We are open from 9am - 4pm from Monday to Friday and 9am - 1pm on Saturday. These times may not apply to public holidays or Christmas / New Year's closures. Please ensure you view the cart and checkout areas for notices or visit our social media pages for confirmation.
If placed after 2.30pm Monday to Thursday, pick up orders will be processed the next day. For Saturday pick up, orders MUST be placed prior to 2pm on Friday as we do not fulfill pick up orders over the weekend.
