White Truffle Ganache 2kg
Add a delicious white truffle ganache to your next cake or cupcakes with the White Truffle Ganache 2kg! The white truffle ganache has a lovely rich taste that is great when paired with the Bakels creme muffin or alpine white chocolate mud cake. The ganache is perfect for whipping, dripping and even piping!
When using, the white truffle ganache should have a peanut butter like consistency. In the warmer months, we recommend to add around 300g of melted white chocolate to 1kg of white truffle ganache.
If you are doing a drip, you can add the Creative Chocolate Colours to achieve a coloured ganache.
Ingredients: Vegetable fats and oils (emulsifiers (322 soy, 492), antioxidant (307,307b)), Sugar, Milk solids, Cream powder, Emulsifier (322 soy), Natural flavours. Contains milk and soy.
Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight.
