Daphne Flower Cutter

Create a petite flower with the Daphne Flower Cutter! The Daphne Flower Cutter makes it quick and easy to create small flowers for cakes, cupcakes, and cookies to give them a floral finish.

These barrel-shaped cutters are made from easy-to-clean, food-approve plastic and can be used with an ejector tool (not included) to help you turn out perfectly formed flowers.

The cutter measures at approximately 1.4cm wide.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. 1. Roll out your paste thinly on a non-stick board using icing sugar or cornflour to stop it sticking.
2. 2. Holding the sides of the cutter, place onto your paste & press firmly.
3. 3. Lift up the cutter and use a palette knife to lift your shape.
