Bakels Fondant Icing/PETTINICE RTR (ready-to-roll) icing 7kg White. Specially developed to meet the demand for a reliable, consistent covering for wedding and special occasion cakes. It is extremely smooth and handles perfectly so that cakes can be covered without blemish. If required it is easy to colour with our gel pastes, knead the paste through and roll out to your desired consistency.
