Chocolate Mould Open Book

Create some adorable edible open books for a graduation or christening with the Chocolate Mould Open Book! This chocolate mould will make 11 open books that are perfect for decorating a cake or topping off some cupcakes. The mould will make approximately 35-40 pieces per 500g of chocolate.

These moulds can't be used for candy centres, but they are suitable for chocolate, fondant, soap making, plaster and concrete crafting, and much more! The mould is made from BPA free and FDA approved food-grade plastic, but they are not dishwasher safe.

Each open book cavity measures at approximately 4.8 cm x 3.5 cm x 0.6 cm.
