Caramel Delite Cake Mix 15kg

Create a yummy caramel mudcake with the Caramel Delite Cake Mix 15kg! This delicious 15kg mix can be used to create a delicious cakes or a yummy batch of cupcakes!

BAKELS CARAMEL DELITE CAKE MIX (PER 1KG)

Mix will approximately fill a 8 inch (20.32) x 3 inch (7.62cm) round cake tin.

Ingredients: 260ml water, 3 eggs, 140mL canola oil

Directions:

1. Add 1kg of mix to water and eggs, and then mix on low speed of 1 minute.
   
2. Scrape down and then mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
3. Add oil and mix on medium speed for 1 minute.
4. Bake at 150°C for approximately 90 minutes. Test middle of cake with skewer and then allow to cool if done.

Cake Mix Ingredients: Sugar, Wheat flour (thiamine, folate), Maltodextrin, Vegetable fat (vegetable oil, emulsifiers (471,477), antioxidant (307)), Potato flour, Milk solids, Salt, Raising agents (450, 500), Natural flavour, Malt extract, Colours (102, 124).

Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight. May be present due to shared equipment: tree nuts, egg, soy, sulphites and sesame. Made in Australia from local and imported ingredients..
