This fondant comes in a gorgeous crisp white, which can also have gel colouring added to create a different colour or mixed with other pre-coloured fondants to achieve a lighter colour. The Ready-To-Roll fondant is specially developed to meet demands for reliable and consistent covering, which is just what you need when covering a cake!

Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose (contains preservative (220)), Water, Vegetable fats and oils (emulsifiers (322 soy, 492)), Maize starch, Vegetable gum (413), Natural flavour, Colour (171), Preservative (202), Acidity regulator (260), Antioxidant (307b soy).

Contains sulphites (from glucose) and soy.

Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight in sealed storage. Halal approved.
